Welcome to the Kansas City Small & Medium Business consulting users group! Our goal at KCSMB is to help small & medium businesses gain access to the same Microsoft business and technical resources that larger Microsoft partners have. As a group of small businesses we are much more important to Microsoft than we are alone. Here's what you get by joining: - Access to national Microsoft business and technical personnel via teleconference and in person when we can manage it.
- A community of your peers for networking. The potential for referral business between partners is significant. Many of us have already benefitted from networking within the group.
- Group marketing opportunities. We are developing a KCSMB group directory to distribute at events like Microsoft Connections. Being in the directory may help both with credibility and sales. We are also working on KCSMB hosted (opt-in) marketing events where we can combine and access additional Microsoft resources.
- Shoot the breeze and have some pizza (or whatever our volunteers bring) with friends once a month.
Here are our requirements: - A main focus of your business should be to provide Microsoft solutions to small & medium businesses.
